THE DAVAO City Watershed will serve as the beneficiary in the coming 12th Jollibee Family Fun Run set this coming August 15 on an out and back course starting at the NCCC Mall of Davao car park.
Jollibee has adopted a site in Marilog, a five-year project for which will be the beneficiary of the Family Fun Run, said Jollibee Davao Group Marketing Officer Rain Baco who had a chance to talk to the local sports media in yesterday’s Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum at the Tower Inn Davao.
Some 1,500 or more are expected to answer the starting gun in both 3K and 5K race categories of the Run supported by Vantage Sports Promotions and Globe Tattoo which will be part of this year’s Kadayawan Fesitivities.

For the 3K race category, there will be the Kargathon (Parent and Child 4 years-old and below), Father and Child (4-12 years-old), Mother and Child (4-12 years-old) and Husband and Wife divisions. For the 5K individual category, it will have the Male and Female divisions open to ages 12 years-old and above.
Registration is still ongoing pegged at P320 for 3K inclusive of singlets, runners bib, snacks and certificate while it will be P160 for the 5K with same giveaways.
Interested may now register at Jollibee outlets in Bolton, Gaisano Mall, Magsaysay, Matina, San Pedro, Victoria Plaza, NCCC Mall and Times Square.
