Lawyer Frederico M. Gapuz, founding chailr of the Union of Peoples’ Lawyers in Mindanao (UPLM) passed away Saturday afternoon in his home in Alubijid, Misamis Oriental due to a lingering illness,, the UPLM said in a statement issued Sunday. He was 77 years old.
